Financial Aid Counselor-1

The Financial Aid Counselor provides excellent customer service and guidance to financial aid applicants and their families throughout the financial aid application process, determining eligibility within institutional, state and federal requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least two years of experience in financial aid (or a related area) or the equivalent combination of education and work experience combined
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to use sound judgment for decision-making
