Job Description
Howden is a global insurance group with employee ownership at its heart. We're looking for a Client Service Specialist to support the end-to-end client lifecycle, including onboarding, renewal, and ongoing service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in insurance operations, client servicing, or administrative support
- Familiarity with Certificates of Insurance, policy documentation, and billing procedures
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a client-service orientation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with insurance agency management systems (Epic, CSR24, AMS360, or similar)
