Client Service Specialist - Healthcare

The Client Service Specialist - Healthcare will provide operational support on a portfolio of clients in relation to their healthcare schemes, including Private Medical Insurance, Dental, Travel, Cash Plan Health Screening, and Employee Assistance Programmes. The role requires a good knowledge of the Private Medical Insurance market, strong administrative skills, and excellent customer service skills.

Requirements

• Detailed knowledge and understanding of Private Medical Insurance is preferred, with an interest in other wellbeing products.
• Microsoft Office knowledge and ability to use Excel to formulate spreadsheets as required.
• Ability to create a basic Word document with text and manipulate template reports.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and providers.
• Strong administrative skills, including accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• CII IF7 qualified, preferred or a willingness to study and gain the qualification.
