Commercial Development Executive

Howden is a global insurance group with employee ownership at its heart. We are seeking a Commercial Development Executive to join our Watkin Davies team in Whitchurch, Cardiff, responsible for developing relationships with existing clients and growing the commercial account for businesses.

Requirements

• Experience in winning new business and building long lasting relationships with B2B clients
• Passion for developing business through marketing, community engagement, networking, client meetings
• Tenacious and business curious
• Consultative, effective questioner, and active listener
• Ability to understand client requirements and advise on products and solutions
