As a leader, you'll be responsible for client placements, managing proposals, and handling complex reinsurance accounts.

• Proven experience in reinsurance broking, focusing on P&C reinsurance
• Deep understanding of reinsurance market dynamics and product knowledge
• Strong customer focus and communication skills
• Advanced understanding of the renewal and production cycle for our client and prospects
