Director of Operations

The Director of Operations is responsible for driving manufacturing excellence, providing leadership and guidance to plant managers, and developing a manufacturing strategy to increase performance. This role involves overseeing the operation of multiple plants, driving connections to the P&L to improve EBITDA, and establishing a Win Together culture. The Director will also lead the development of new market opportunities, establish advanced manufacturing asset buildout, and direct the engineering, manufacturing, and operations of the sub-segment. The role requires a business-minded individual with a 360-degree communication and relationship skillset, who can influence and empower direct reports and collaborate with stakeholders.
