Job Description
The Industrial Maintenance Supervisor plans, schedules and manages maintenance tasks to keep multiple buildings and various equipment in working order. This includes leading a team of Maintenance Technicians with varying skillsets, who perform repairs and report issues.
Requirements
- Provide a safe work environment and ensure all safety and environmental policies are being followed
- Supervise and coordinate a team of 8 technicians; assign daily work orders and monitor progress to ensure quality
- Troubleshoot complex electrical systems (PLCs, motors, transformers) ensuring proper repair techniques
- Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, order critical spare parts, and coordinate with vendors or outside contractors
