- Operates and maintains standard or specialized production machines
- Performs minor adjustments and tool changes
- Maintains set-ups completed by others
- Observes operations for malfunction or improper processing
- Corrects or reports malfunctions as needed
- Performs other related tasks in departments
- Reads micrometers, indicators, plug gauges, and thread gauges
- Reads work order routers and related blueprints
