Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading daily maintenance operations in a high-precision aerospace manufacturing environment, ensuring maximum equipment uptime, safe maintenance practices, and compliance with aerospace quality and California safety regulations.
Requirements
- Supervise maintenance support for CNC machines
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Coordinate emergency repairs and prioritize work orders based on production needs
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
- Supervise and schedule maintenance technicians
- Enforce safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Ensure compliance with Cal/OSHA regulations and company safety policies
- Support aerospace quality requirements (AS9100/ISO) related to equipment control and calibration
