Collections Analyst

Applies intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues in collections and accounts receivable. Works with customers to resolve disputes and negotiate payment.

Requirements

• Analyzes and researches customer's receivables account delinquency
• Resolves disputes related to customer payment on delinquent accounts
• Recognizes trends for non-payment and resolves issues
