As Employment Counsel, Americas, the role provides strategic counseling to the People Organization and business leaders on employment issues, including recruiting, hiring, terminations, wage and hour, and benefits. The job also involves managing administrative and potential agency and legal claims against the company.

• JD required
• 7+ years of post-JD experience
• Attorney candidate must be in compliance with all relevant licensing requirements
