Litigation Counsel

HP Inc. is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join the U.S. Litigation & Government Investigations team as Litigation Counsel, managing complex litigation, government investigations, and non-litigation disputes for the company.

Requirements

• Lead and manage complex litigation matters
• Serve as matter lead, with responsibility for developing and executing litigation and investigations strategy
• Take a hands-on approach to litigation and investigations
• Lead and direct responses to government inquiries, investigations, and enforcement actions
• Serve as delegated legal authority for outside counsel
• Provide clear, decisive legal counsel to senior stakeholders on litigation and investigations risk, exposure, and strategic options
• Own accountability for SEC disclosures and loss contingency assessments for assigned matters
• Proactively identify legal and regulatory developments, emerging risks, and litigation trends, and translate them into actionable guidance for business leaders
• Contribute to portfolio-level initiatives focused on litigation risk management, process improvement, and outside counsel optimization
