The Inside Sales End Customer is responsible for supporting the selling motion for HP hardware and solutions by owning the quoting process, customer roll outs and assisting with pipeline management. Fluent in French and English is a requirement for this role covering Enterprise customers in Quebec.
Requirements
- Develops a solid understanding of the organization's offerings, key features, and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.
- Provides product configurations and pricing tailored to the customer requirements
- Identifies and qualifies potential leads, gathering relevant information and documenting details in the CRM system.
- Participates in promotion campaigns, effectively conveying special offers, discounts, and promotions to potential customers.
- Collaborates with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Strives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets, including call quotas and lead generation goals.
- Contributes to pipeline management and maintains accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, conversations, and outcomes.
- Participates in training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service techniques.
