The inside sales rep is a critical part of the account team, responsible for selling products and solutions to named accounts, and assisting with pipeline management. They will work closely with an outside Account Executive to develop a solid understanding of the organization's offerings and key features to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.
Requirements
- Develops a solid understanding of the organization's offerings, key features, and benefits
- Provides product configurations and pricing tailored to the customer requirements
- Identifies and qualifies potential leads, gathering relevant information and documenting details in the CRM system
- Participates in promotion campaigns, effectively conveying special offers, discounts, and promotions to potential customers
- Collaborates with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Strives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets, including call quotas and lead generation goals
- Contributes to pipeline management and maintains accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, conversations, and outcomes
