HP is seeking a Sales Compensation Process Administrator to support the end-to-end administration and modernization of global sales compensation programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
- 4 - 7 years of experience in Sales Compensation Administration or Revenue Operations
- Hands-on experience with at least one SPM platform (Forma.ai, Varicent, Xactly, SAP Callidus)
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, reconciliation analysis, data validation)
- Strong analytical and investigative skills
- Detail-oriented with high standards for data accuracy
- Ability to adapt to evolving systems and digital transformation initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
