Storage Engineering Manager

The Storage Engineering Manager will lead a team responsible for the design, delivery, reliability, and lifecycle management of storage platforms and services. Key responsibilities include delivering roadmap outcomes, technical leadership, operational excellence, quality & compliance, incident and escalation management, cross-functional collaboration, and people leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years in storage, systems, platform, or infrastructure engineering
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Strong fundamentals in distributed systems, Linux internals, networking, filesystems, storage protocols, performance engineering, or systems reliability
• Experience delivering and operating storage platforms with defined SLAs/SLOs, instrumentation/telemetry, and on-call/incident response practices
