Technical Advisor

As a Technical Advisor, you will work on-site with HPE partners and customers, providing technical support and resolving issues with hardware and software. You will also assist with product and repair information, and collaborate with internal and external teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• First Level University degree in technical or non-technical field
• 5-7 years experience in relevant technologies and customer environments
• Relevant industry qualification where applicable
