As a Technical Advisor at Vaillant Group U.K. Ltd, you will be working as part of the Vaillant Service Technical department providing technical advice to external Gas Safe registered Engineers. You will use your skills to interpret and explain technical information and instructions.
Requirements
- GCSE Grade 4 or above or an equivalent qualification in English
- Passion for customer service and pride in exceeding customer expectations
- Good problem-solving aptitude and ability to diagnose possible faults with accuracy
- Computer literacy and experience using all Microsoft applications and Salesforce
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
