Hewlett Packard Enterprise is looking for a Total Rewards Specialist to support mainly Vietnam and Thailand, and potentially other countries within the Asia Pacific geography. The role involves planning, designing, developing, analysing, communicating, and implementing Total Rewards strategies and programs. The position is based in Singapore, Jakarta, or Tokyo, and requires 4-6 years of compensation and benefits experience.
Requirements
- Conduct benchmarking exercises, research data sources, and analyse trends to make recommendations for TR programs, including salary structure reviews
- Manage country benefit programs and policies, e.g. renewals, enrolment, launches and communications
- Participate in external and regulatory surveys and analyse survey, employee, and financial data
- Drive and coordinate well-being programs
- Manage consultants, vendors and employees in a heavily matrixed organisation to ensure program delivery
- Work closely with internal teams to identify and resolve business issues or address team member concerns
