VP, Corporate FP&A

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Vice President of Corporate Finance and Planning (FP&A) to lead the company's central FP&A organization and restore enterprise forecast credibility. The role requires a strategic finance leader with experience in driver-based planning, automation, and advanced analytics. The successful candidate will drive a transformation to improve forecasting accuracy and deliver clear, decision-oriented financial narratives to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Proven track record leading FP&A teams in a large company with multiple business units and corporate functions.
• Deep understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Demonstrated experience influencing and partnering with senior leaders and Board/CFO-level stakeholders.
• Solid background with implementing driver-based planning, forecasting tools (Anaplan preferred), and analytics/automation initiatives.
• Exceptional project management, stakeholder management, and change leadership capabilities.
• Experience with machine learning or advanced analytics applied to forecasting is an advantage.
