Data and Decision Support Specialist

Data and Decision Support Specialist will support AMHO members to use data to make informed, equitable, and strategic decisions by building data analytics and decision support capacity via coaching. The end goal is for member organizations to leverage data to improve outcomes for clients, communities and the system as a whole.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Information management, public health, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience providing data analysis, decision-support, digital capacity-building and/or change management support in health, social services, or non-profit settings.
• Experience coaching or training professionals on data literacy, privacy, or technology topics.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and AI concepts relevant to non-profit or healthcare contexts.
