Our client is looking for a C&B Manager to be part of their highly-charged HR Team in Japan. The successful candidate will perform deep analysis on effectiveness and competitiveness of existing C&B programs and model potential impact of alternatives. S/he will effectively partner with HR colleagues and Business clients to manage, consult on C&B-related issues as well as provide guidance to the business and develop creative solutions on a variety of total compensation issues including the setting of appropriate pay levels, base pay, annual incentive pay and stock compensation.
