Workday Consultant

The HR Path Group is seeking a Workday Consultant to define and deliver Workday solutions for its global customer base. The role involves implementing and configuring enterprise-scale Workday solutions, building relationships with customers, and providing training to users.

Requirements

• Experience in implementing technology-enabled HR business solutions for clients
• Ability to challenge and design HR solutions in line with client expectations
• Translate client requirements into possible configuration options
• Advise customers on solution evolutions as it applies to their implementation
• Facilitate workshops, write design documents, and provide end-user training
• Effective project experience
• Pivotal team player with an excellent attitude
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Experience of complete Workday project life cycle (asset)
• Workday Core HCM certification (asset)
