Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Training & Development to plan, organize, develop, and implement training and talent development initiatives. The successful candidate will have 15 years of experience in managing training programs, be able to master new knowledge, and have a good command of English and Chinese.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in managing various training & development programs
- Able to master new knowledge, concepts, and ideas quickly and facilitate knowledge sharing
- High learning agility to innovate various learning touchpoints
- Proactive, creative with great passion in training and development
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel, & PowerPoint with multi-media software skill preferred
- Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese
