Job Description
Join our well-established healthcare service company as a Human Resources Manager to provide all-rounded HR functions, including staffing, employee relations, and performance management.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Minimum with 5 years of HR generalist experience
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems
- Exposure in healthcare service industry with frontline operations will be an advantage
- Knowledge of best HR practices, well versed in employment related ordinances
- Tactful and with excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and communication skills
- Able to work independently, under pressure, fast space environment and with minimum supervision
- Strong work ethics
- Good command of written in English, fluent in Cantonese and Putonghua
