Job Description
The IT Service Delivery Manager is accountable for the APAC IT Operation, including maintaining and optimizing local company networks and servers, overseeing data backup and system security operations, and managing installations, upgrades, and configurations of hardware and software.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline
- Holder of ITIL certification
- 5 years in managing an IT service delivery function under diverse and multinational working environment
- Good understanding of AX 2012 or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Knowledge in LS-retail is a plus
- Demonstrable and recent experience in service operations/managing an external service provider
- Independent, strong communication, service deliver and relationship management skills
- Fluent English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
