They are looking for an IT Support Specialist that has a Self-motivated and customer centric mindset responsible for monitoring system health, identifying and implementing solutions, and developing training documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field preferred.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a Service Desk Environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and current Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with Active Directory users and groups as well as Exchange mailboxes and Outlook in Office365.
- Experience with WebEx, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Power BI, and Salesforce would be desirable.
- Ability to quickly learn new programs and develop a high level of troubleshooting proficiency.
- Effective time management skills ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Capable of communicating effectively to a variety of internal & external stakeholders.
- Fluent written & verbal English and Chinese is required.
