On-Call Therapist - 890 Residential

HealthRIGHT 360 is seeking an On-Call Therapist for its 890 Residential Services program. The Therapist will work collaboratively with a team to provide individual and group therapy, as well as counseling and education for substance abuse disorders. The position is a union-eligible on-call position with varying shift hours and days.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field from an accredited graduate school.
• Registration (AMSW, AMFT, APCC) from a regionally accredited graduate school and registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
• First Aid and CPR Certified within 30 days of employment.
• Possession of valid California driver's license.
• Experience with Drug Medi-Cal operations.
• Experience with mental health assessment and diagnosis.
• Experience establishing supportive relationships and working with clients from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
• Experience working successfully with issues of substance abuse, mental health, criminal background, and other potential barriers to economic self-sufficiency.
