Job Description
HealthRIGHT360, a nonprofit organization, is committed to providing accessible and comprehensive healthcare services to vulnerable populations. The Therapist I (On-Call) works collaboratively with a team to provide individual and group therapy, counseling, and support services in a residential setting. The position requires a Masterās degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field, and registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
Requirements
- Masterās degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
- Registration (AMSW, AMFT, APCC) from a regionally accredited graduate school and registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS)
- First Aid and CPR Certified within 30 days of employment
- Possession of valid California driver's license
- Experience with Drug Medi-Cal operations
- Experience with mental health assessment and diagnosis
- Experience establishing supportive relationships and working with clients from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds
- Experience working successfully with issues of substance abuse, mental health, criminal background, and other potential barriers to economic self-sufficiency
