Job Description
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will lead the organization's enterprise-wide technology strategy and digital transformation agenda, building a secure, scalable, and innovative technology ecosystem that enhances operational efficiency, supports data-driven decision-making, and drives business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Masters/MBA preferred)
- 15+ years of senior IT leadership experience in multi-business or diversified organizations
- Proven track record in digital transformation, ERP, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology programs
- Strong business acumen with experience managing IT budgets and vendor partnerships
- Expertise in building and leading high-performing technology teams
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
