Job Description
IT positions involve maintaining IT operations, providing end-user support, and managing ERP systems. Candidates should be skilled, proactive, with experience ranging from desktop support to advanced ERP and HR modules.
Requirements
- Bachelors/Diploma in IT
- 13 years experience in desktop support
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, and software support
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Experience with ticketing systems and end-user support
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- 10+ years experience in ERP system management
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Proven ability to manage support teams and ensure SLA compliance
- 5+ years experience in ERP/HR module support
- Knowledge of ERP administration and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with HR modules such as Budget, Attendance, Payroll, Talent, L&D, and Performance Management
