Job Description
This role is responsible for providing onsite and remote IT infrastructure support, including end-user systems, servers, and network devices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in IT or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or onsite support
- Hands-on experience with Extreme, Huawei, HP, and Cisco switches
- Strong skills in diagnosing and resolving hardware, OS (Windows/macOS), and network issues
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN, Active Directory, and Group Policy
- Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments
- Proficiency with remote support tools and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
