Job Description
We're looking for a Performance Engineer to drive the optimization of systems with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability. As a Performance Engineer, you will play a key role in transforming the FinTech space by identifying and resolving system bottlenecks, working with Dev, QA, Infra, and Ops teams, and collaborating with Architecture/Platform teams to build scalable systems.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in performance and automation testing roles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Proficient with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, Neoload, OctoPerf, or equivalents
- Experience in programming or scripting languages like Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset
- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and external partners
