Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team in the DACH region. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for the entire new business cycle, with a clear focus on acquiring new customers (new logos).
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in SaaS sales (ideally with platform/CRM/BPM/workflow solutions) with proven success
- Clear hunter mindset: you love new business, build your pipeline yourself, and have no fear of cold calling and complex stakeholder setups
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual goals
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC, Challenger, Solution/Value Selling) and dealing with complex buying centers
- Very strong communication skills, presentation confidence, and experience in arguing on C-Level
- Ability to translate business requirements into concrete solutions and orchestrate with internal technical teams (presales, product, consulting)
- Very good knowledge of the DACH markets and ideally a stable network
- Language skills: fluent German and English in word and writing
- Experience in the field of CRM, BPM, workflow, or no-code/low-code platforms is a big plus, but not a must - what's more important is your success drive, personality, and sales skills
