Restoration - Project Director

HRS is a full-service property damage restoration, roofing, and abatement company seeking a qualified Project Director to manage all aspects of the project from lead generation to project close out.

Requirements

• Source, manage, and close sales leads from both personal and company referrals.
• Prepare and review project proposals, contracts, and reports.
• Lead, mentor, and manage project teams, including project managers, supervisors, and technicians.
• Develop and manage project budgets to ensure costs are controlled and within approved limits.
• Meet or exceed profitability and sales goals.
