Senior Account Executive (all genders)

HRS is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our customer team and play a pivotal role in identifying and managing new sales opportunities, building an in-depth understanding of customer M&E needs and drivers, and position HRS Connect as solution that drives value.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in sales or consulting
• Proven commercial experience in a comparable meetings & events role
• Strong ability to drive new business strategy and execute in a fast-paced tech environment
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to deliver creative, objection-handling solutions
• Ability to analyze complex customer data and use CRM tools daily
• Fluency in spoken and written English
