Senior Manager Learning Development & Culture (all genders)

HRS is looking for a Senior Manager Learning Development & Culture to lead the global Learning and Development strategy for their Technology organization. The role will focus on designing and implementing a future-ready learning ecosystem that upskills engineers and leaders in AI capabilities, agile leadership, and innovation excellence.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Capability Building, or Talent Transformation
• Proven experience in building and implementing global learning frameworks
• Strong understanding of AI, Cloud, and Digital Transformation concepts
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver leadership programs for technical managers and engineering leaders
• Data-driven mindset
• Hands-on project management experience
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in global, matrixed organizations
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
