Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of HR to lead our Human Resources, Administration, and Industrial Relations functions. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving HR strategy, ensuring smooth operations, strengthening organizational culture, and maintaining effective employee and labour relations.
Requirements
- Manage payroll, attendance, leave, and all personnel records.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and policy development.
- Oversee performance management, employee development, and training programs.
- Handle employee grievances and manage union relationships.
- Lead collective bargaining and labour law compliance.
- Represent the company alongside legal advisors in relevant forums.
- Oversee security, facility management, utilities, fleet, vendor contracts, and canteen operations.
- Ensure safety systems, CCTV monitoring, and emergency readiness.
- Liaise with government bodies including SESSI, EOBI, Labour Dept., KE, SSGC, KWSB, etc.
