Job Description
HRSI is looking for a Quality Control Engineer to develop and optimize the company's quality management system, monitor in-process quality control, and handle customer complaints and quality issues.
Requirements
- Develop and optimize the company's quality management system to meet industry standards and legal requirements
- Monitor in-process quality control to ensure product meets quality targets
- Handle customer complaints and quality issues; analyze root causes and propose corrective actions
- Organize internal quality audits and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with R&D and production departments to enhance product performance and reliability
- Participate in new product development to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisors
