Maintenance Manager

As a key member of the plant leadership team, the Mgr, Maintenance Department II is responsible for the improvement and performance of equipment assets, controlling maintenance labor and material costs, and optimizing maintenance excellence strategies.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence and motivate others
• Familiar with maintenance management and maintenance excellence techniques such as Preventive Maintenance (PM)/Predictive Maintenance (PDM)
• Computer operation skills, preferably MS Word and Excel, as well as in depth knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
• Knowledge of local state, and federal laws and regulations relevant to maintenance as well as OSHA safety standards
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Standards Quality Management Systems
• Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing and LEAN Management principles and experience in working towards Lean production while driving continuous improvement
• Six plus (6+) years of plant maintenance and supervisory experience in an industrial manufacturing operation
