Job Description
We are urgently hiring a Billing Supervisor to lead and oversee billing operations for the Americas region. This role requires a strong leader with excellent stakeholder management skills, experience in shared services, and the ability to manage portfolios while ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
- Lead, mentor, and manage the billing team supporting the Americas region
- Oversee day-to-day billing operations and ensure timely and accurate invoicing
- Handle stakeholder management, including coordination with internal and external clients
- Manage portfolio accounts and ensure service delivery meets expectations
- Identify process improvements and drive operational efficiency
- Monitor team performance, KPIs, and service levels
- Resolve complex billing issues and escalations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and billing procedures
