Job Description
Lead the development and execution of organization-wide culture and employee engagement strategies that strengthen employee experience and reinforce organizational values.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 10 to 12 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to employee engagement, organizational culture, leadership development, learning and development, or organizational effectiveness.
- With minimum 5 to 7 years of leadership or people management experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-level culture and engagement initiatives within large or complex organizations.
- Strong expertise in employee engagement strategy, culture transformation initiatives, employee experience design, and engagement survey analytics.
- Experience in HR communications and stakeholder engagement to support organization-wide initiatives.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and translate insights into actionable plans.
