Housing Solutions of New York is looking for a Case Manager to join the team and help individuals and families secure safe, clean, affordable, and permanent housing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Public Administration preferred
- Proficient in written and oral English; written and oral Spanish proficiency is preferred
- Some customer service and job readiness experience preferred
- Knowledge of at least one of the following service areas: homeless related issues, criminal justice, HIV/AIDS, substance abuse
