Job Description
HST Pathways is seeking a Client Onboarding Manager to lead the implementation team responsible for onboarding clients onto Clariti, the company's estimation platform. The successful candidate will have strong experience in healthcare revenue cycle workflows and excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- 3+ years of people management experience
- 3+ years of implementation, onboarding, or project management experience
- Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle workflows
- Proven ability to diagnose problems and develop effective solutions
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
