Job Description
The Human Resource Coordinator aids with and facilitates human resource processes, including employee lifecycle, benefits and administration, and payroll and HRIS administration.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
- CIPD certification is an advantage
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field
