Job Description
The HR Recruitment Officer will attract and hire top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. This includes identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process from start to finish.
Requirements
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria by using KPIs & job analyses
- Source potential candidates through online channels
- Plan interview and selection procedures
- Assess candidate information
- Design job descriptions and interview questions
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Design, develop, and implement talent development activities
- Manage schedule planning, announcement, registration, and assessment
- Create a Manpower plan and monitor with senior recruitment
- Responsible for data entry for new employees
- Create Reports for the recruitment division
- Maintaining Saudization rates and making monthly Reports
