Channel Solution Manager

Huawei is seeking a Channel Solution Manager to establish and develop relationships with key national channel and solution partners in the region. The successful candidate will enable channel partners to improve their commercial and industrial (C&I) and Utility solution sales and capabilities, while maintaining market order and ensuring the healthy development of channel businesses.

Requirements

• Knowledge of channel business model and managing sales channels
• Good technical knowledge, coupled with a dynamic approach to sales
• Very good knowledge in PV solution such as inverter, Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and grid network is preferred
• Excellent relationship management, communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
• Good planning and organizational skills
• >5 years of experience in managing channels or solution
• Excellent English (negotiation level) and fluent in Mandarin Chinese or German is a plus
