Requirements
- Proven work experience (more than 3 years) as a Sales Account Executive, Key Account Manager, Sales Administrator, or a similar role in the Sales Department in the Germany Telecommunication Market or ISP industry
- Extensive experience in Sales and Customer Experience and relationship development
- Understand the Germany Telecommunication Market and also be familiar with the Telecommunication products and solution, especially the FTTH solution, IP solution and DWDM solution etc.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of sales performance metrics and can present the ICT solutions in front of customers in good way
- Strong sales mindset with hunting spirit, working with proactive attitude and can organize tasks with a good structure
- Strong Leadership and can organize the needed resources to support achieve the target
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Business acumen with problem-solving skills
- Strong willingness and desire to grow
- Fluent in both German and English (business level)
- Strong work ethic and team work spirit
