Job Description
The Mobile Diesel Technician Level 3 will perform advanced level repairs and diagnostics on diesel engines, power trains, electrical systems, and other components. They will also perform preventive maintenance services, repair and troubleshoot major components, and provide directions and repair instructions to other technicians.
Requirements
- 4 years practical experience with tractor trailer maintenance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Vocational / Technical or certification preferred
- ASE Certification preferred
- 608/609 certifications preferred
- Specialized training and experience in the diagnosis/troubleshooting of major components (engines, transmissions, differentials)
- Clean MVR
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and written
- Proficiency with computers
