Job Description
The Terminal Manager is responsible for leading safe operations while delivering high service/quality and overall cost performance of the terminal.
Requirements
- Manage, direct, and lead all functions within a terminal.
- Conduct monthly results reviews of all key accountability areas.
- Develop and deliver internal and external strategies to provide superior service to customers.
- Ensure a safe working environment is provided for all employees and owner operator contractors.
- Enforce understanding and compliance with all Company policies and procedures, Code of Conduct, and federal and state Department of Transportation rules and regulations.
- Lead efforts and special project teams as needed.
- Lead and develop internal staff through the use of individual development plans, goal setting and monthly results reviews.
- Conduct semiannual performance appraisals with their office staff.
